Property Description Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this single-storey vacation villa with private pool has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and its sleeps up to 6 people. Let’s see what the inside of the house is like. As soon as you enter this house, you’ll notice that all the rooms seem to feel bigger. That’s thanks to the vaulted ceilings in the rooms. The kitchen, which is actually on the smaller side, feels much larger thanks to the ceiling height. Despite the kitchen being on the smaller side, the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the equipment you’d need to put together any meal, so cook to your hearts content! The kitchen also has modern appliances and an island that doubles as a kitchen bar with two seats. Need more than 2 seats? No problem! Head to the dining area, which is just off of the kitchen. Here, you’ll find a quite nice- looking dining table and 6 chairs – enough for everyone to sit down at full occupancy. The living room, which is visible from the kitchen and dining area, is large and has 2 brown leather sofas to relax on and a large flat screen TV for everyone’s entertainment. Imagine sinking into these couches and watching a great movie after a long, exhausting day out at the parks. Let’s head outside to the pool. It’s accessible via the glass patio door that is in the dining area. Once in the pool area, you’ll see that’s its completely screened in to protect everyone from the bugs. You’ll also see some sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan and some patio chairs for those who just want to sit down and take it easy outside. There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. Community Details This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children’s playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award- winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
