The Space:

The contemporary façade has clean, crisp curb appeal, and you can choose to enter through the convenient garage or the glass front doors. High ceilings and a soothing neutral color scheme welcome you into the inviting great room, where there are two living spaces. The first features a peaceful seating area with a sofa and armchairs, while the second living area includes a plush sectional sofa and a large HDTV.
In between these two spaces is the open kitchen, which centers around a spacious island with bar stool seating for four. Pristine white cabinets and gleaming stainless steel appliances create a chef-inspired space to prepare quick snacks between dips in the pool, or simply a spot to serve up some yummy takeout from a local favorite restaurant. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining space with seating for 10 people, illuminated by an elegant chandelier.
The first two of the four guest bedrooms are both bunk rooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom between them. Each bedroom features a twin-over-full-size bunk bed and a small desk area. The full bathroom can be accessed from either room and includes two separate marble vanities and a step-in shower.
On the other side of the home, there is the primary bedroom suite, complete with a luxurious king-size bed, large HDTV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate shower. The fourth bedroom is a secondary bedroom suite, also with a sumptuous king-size bed, HDTV, and an attached full-bathroom— perfect for larger groups or families traveling together.
The backyard of this exquisite home has been designed to feel like your own private resort, complete with a shaded, alfresco dining area, lots of lounge chairs, and a bright blue swimming pool. This home also includes a convenient powder room that can be accessed from the outside pool area and a spacious laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer and a sink.
Located in the serene Bonita Shores community, guests of this home also have access to beach accessories and chairs (located in the garage) and will love the closeness of the shoreline and other local attractions, including restaurants and shopping options.
The Neighborhood:
Located perfectly right in between bustling Fort Meyers and beautiful Naples, Bonita Springs is a charming, small-town Florida city with easy beach access. When you’re in the mood for a night out, there are lots of delicious restaurants to choose from, including the popular Roy’s Restaurant and The Other Side Bistro.
The classic downtown is anchored by the always-entertaining Riverside Park, and there are tons of art galleries and rotating exhibits to explore. The proximity of the Imperial River also allows for fun kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and other water-based activities, and you may even spot some majestic manatees in the clear water.

House Rules:

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. If requested less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 surcharge fee is applied.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
the company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items
