The 1st floor features a mud/entry room, a 3/4-bath, an open kitchen/dining/living area with a dishwasher, a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), a newly installed ductless air conditioner, a full-size hide-a-bed, and a separate sitting area with fabulous views. The 1st floor also includes one bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and its en suite 3/4-bath, plus a separate laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features a loft area with 1-queen-sized bed, a 3/4-bath, and a primary bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and a walk-out balcony. Outside the back door is a covered deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor HOT TUB! This delightful pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation home also includes an electric car charger - 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet (Tesla Model 3, etc.) and will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: Although a perimeter fence is provided, the high bank riverfront location may not be suitable for small children. Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions.
