bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a private screened-in pool, which can be heated
for an additional supplement in the cooler months. This lovely home features a
large, open plan living room with sofas TV, and DVD player. New vinyl plank
flooring installed upstairs in 2024 so this home no longer has any carpet. The
master bedroom has king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom
has a new queen sized bed with TV. The further two bedrooms have two twin beds
in each with tv’s and share a bathroom with the Queen room. Sleeps 8 guests.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
