condo offers the perfect getaway. Plenty of room for a small family or couples
traveling together.
Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with private lanai. Take in a peaceful Maui
morning while sipping your coffee, seating for four. The living space is
inviting and the perfect place to unwind after of fun filled day on the
island. With convertible queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and
AC to keep cool anytime of year. There is also a twin Murphy bed for
additional sleeping.
The kitchen is well equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of
the cooking items any chef would need. The eat up breakfast bar with seating

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
