Come to us in the Brandnertal in the so-called "Ländle" in Vorarlberg in our Berghaus Tschengla. The Austrian state of Vorarlberg is located in the 3-country corner (Austria / Germany / Switzerland) and is therefore strategically favorable for your travel plans.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Ortstaxe Bürserberg:
- 3.5 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 13 years old).
- - Optional services:
- Baby high chair: 5 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Cancellation Insurance: 4.5% of the booking price.
- Pet: 15 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Baby cot: 28 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
- - Pets rules:
- Max. 2 pets allowed. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. Pets heavier than 35 kg are not allowed.
