Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
- Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
- Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
- Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
- Pets: We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($300 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog and please note that there is a penalty fee of $500 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $200 pet per stay and $300 for longer stay.
- Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and a camera outside by the garage.
- Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $300 per month and the excess will be billed back to you.
