Silver Mill Features Walk to the ski slopes – Take a short walk to the ski slopes and River Run Gondola from the Silver Mill Condominiums in River Run Village. Guests have easy access to ski storage, located right inside the Silver Mill main lobby. There is no need to lug your gear upstairs. Cozy Lobby – The 1st-floor lobby at Silver Mill features a pool table, large flat-screen TV, a reading area with comfy sofas, and a wet bar with a microwave and mini-fridge. This large area is great for gatherings of any type when staying in the ski vacation condominiums at Silver Mill in Keystone, Colorado. Silver Mill Spa with 3 Hot Tubs – The newly remodeled spa area at Silver Mill Condos features three hot tubs, a heated patio, and beautiful stonework and water features. A dry sauna is also located inside to help ease those sore muscles after a day of hiking, biking, or skiing! Changing rooms are located inside. Don’t forget your common area key to get back in the building! Underground Parking – An underground heated parking garage is another great amenity at Silver Mill Condominiums. No need to scrape ice off your car. Luggage carts are stored here to make transporting your bags a little easier and the garage elevator takes you right to the floor of your vacation condo. Close Proximity to Shops and Restaurants – Located right outside your Silver Mill Condo are the many shops and restaurants in River Run Village. It doesn’t get any more convenient than this in Keystone! Fitness Center – Guests of Silver Mill Condominiums have access to the new Fitness Center. This fitness room has a treadmill, weight rack, elliptical machine, stationary bike, flat-screen TV, and room to stretch and work out. Another reason to vacation in River Run Village at Keystone Resort! Outdoor Grill – New gas grills have been added near the hot tubs at Silver Mill condos! Be sure to take advantage of this fun amenity with your group for a fantastic outdoor feast during your vacation at Keystone Resort! Paid Laundry - There are washers and dryers on two different floors in the Silver Mill building. Quarters are required.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Rules are as follows:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Children are allowed.
- The minimum age limit for Guests is 25.
- Parking rules are property specific. Per Keystone Resort rules, each reservation will be given one parking permit. Read your email confirmation for detailed parking rules during your reservation.
