Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- QUIET HOURS:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
- PARKING: Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes.
- USE OF PROPERTY:
- The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.

- QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM
- • Please respect your neighbors. Use of laundry facility, vacuum, dishwasher, etc. is not permitted during this time. Please keep volume on TV, stereo, etc. at a reasonable level.
- • Owners and occupants shall exercise extreme care at all times about causing or permitting noise that disturbs other occupants.
- POOL RULES
- • Glass of any kind, including beverages and cookware, is not allowed in the pool areas. You will need your house key to enter and exit the pools. Please follow all posted safety and rule signs.
- • Children under 10 must have adult supervision in the pool areas. Children under 5 are not allowed in hot tubs per CDC guidelines.
- • Horseplay, yelling, screaming, and running around the pool is prohibited.
- • Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers.
- • Vacation renters may not bring in outside guests to the pool. The pool is for the enjoyment of those living and staying at the Villas. No parties allowed; owners of the unit will be subject to fines.
- • Smoking is not allowed on lanai, in the stairways, or at the pool and cabana areas. Smoking is only allowed 25 feet from the buildings. Please do not leave cigar or cigarette butts on the grounds.
- VEHICLES
- • No more than 2 vehicles per unit may be parked on property. Parking is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street. If the homeowner has a car in storage, the renter may only park one car onsite.
- • Parking permit must be displayed while on property.
- • No parking in handicap stalls without proper handicap placard displayed.
- OTHER
- • Hanging laundry or storing items on lanais or in stairways is prohibited.
- • Feeding of cats, birds, turkeys, and other wildlife is prohibited.
- • No pets allowed except for certified service animals.

- You are staying in someone’s home. Please respect their property and neighbors.

- Security is on-site from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM nightly.
- It is recommended that you bring all you need with you, but if you must ship an item to your rental, do NOT use the regular USPS as it will not be delivered to the house. Only FedEx and UPS will deliver to the door. All other mail (including Amazon deliveries) will be delivered to the owner’s private locked mailbox. Elite and the Property Manager do not have access to the owner’s mailbox and are not responsible for retrieving any items delivered there. Please keep in mind that shipping services may be a lot slower here than on the mainland or elsewhere and items may arrive after you leave. We are not responsible for rerouting guests’ mail.
