All SUNRISE BEACH guests must be pre registered to receive a Parking Permit. The registration fee is $40.00 per vehicle and is required by the Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). Limit of 2 parking passes per reservation. Link to be sent via email for vehicle registration prior to arrival. Parking is located under the building on the oceanside for easy access to and from the unit.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. A Refundable $250 Security Deposit is required.
- 2. All guests are required to sign Rental Agreement.
- 3. Email Address is needed for pertinent travel correspondence including keyless entry code.
- 4. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST.
- NO Early Check-in or Late Check-out.
- 5. Parking - All Resorts require specific Parking Instructions and Fees.
- 6. All properties are NON SMOKING.
- 7. Pets are NOT permitted.
