The TV room is on the ground floor. The gym and games room are on the first floor.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms and private balconies with scenic views.
The heated pool is in front of the villa with the lawn, the pickleball/badminton court is towards the back of the villa.
There are multiple sit-out spaces across the premises like the picnic table under the mango tree on the lawn, poolside tables, sofas on the lawn, a huge table on the rooftop and alot more.
