Charming and elegant country house with a big, relaxing and fresh garden surrounded by olive trees in Rocca di Papa, in the Castelli area just outside of Rome.
The villa is divided into 2 separate apartments. The one on the ground floor features two double bedrooms, one living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The apartment on the first floor features two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable and spacious living room with a double sofa bed.
This beautiful villa is perfect for families with kids since it has a big garden with sun beds, a playground and a separate little house with a kitchen and bathroom and a stone oven where you can enjoy family meals, cook pizza and use the bbq grill.
This villa is the ideal location to relax and to reach marvelous towns such as Tivoli, Villa d’Este, Villa Adriana, I Giardini di Ninfa and Castel Gandolfo. There is a bus stop right outside the villa that connects it to Rome and the surround towns.
