The Chand’s 3 Bedroom Villa is perfect for gathering together and spending quality time. With multiple dining and living areas, there is the ideal spot for every activity. The first floor of the villa hosts a large wooden dining table in an open air setting, with the kitchen just beside. It is an ideal set up if you are planning to prepare your own meals during your stay. There is also an enclosed living area on this level, perfect for setting up the kids with a movie whilst you have an evening drink.
The second floor has enclosed living encompassed in traditional wooden decor. A tall ornate ceiling and dark wooden furniture creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the view offered by the large patio doors. The large rolling doors allow the upstairs living space to open seamlessly onto the terrace.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
