The apartment is part of the unique Orłowo Park development, located directly by the sea (approx. 150 m from the beach!). The building has a modern architecture that reflects the seaside environment of the property. The area is surrounded by a forest, with a beautiful rocky coastline - the location of the apartment combines the advantages of a metropolis with the advantages of nature. The building adjoins the promenade, it is also close to the Orlowo Pier (300 m). A 15-minute walk will take you to the Orłowski Cliff or to the Kępa Redłowska nature reserve (2 km from the flat), which offers numerous walking paths and designated areas for picnics and barbecues. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
