This modern and luxurious one-bedroom apartment is located within the Polanki Aqua estate, on Wydmowa Street in Kolobrzeg. It provides an ideal location for a quiet family vacation! The complex offers guests a panoramic terrace, as well as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool (to enter the terrace and pool area, you must have a magnetic wristband/watch - there are 4 pieces in the apartment). There is also a children’s playroom and a restaurant with a terrace. Guests can also indulge in a relaxing spa area or get active in the gym. Access to all these facilities is free of charge for our guests. The property is located just 800 meters from the beautiful, sandy West Radzikowo Beach. The apartment is about 3.5 km from the Oceanarium and just over 4 km from the Lighthouse and Kolobrzeg’s pier. Bicycle rentals can also be found in the vicinity of the property.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
