Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. This is monitored with outside cameras.
- Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules you will be responsible for all costs associated.
- NO Loud Noise
- NO Smoking of any kind
- NO Parties
- NO Taping anything to the walls or flushing anything down the toilets besides toilet paper.
- NO shoes allowed on the two white rugs (the white rug in the bedroom and living room)
- NO Animals
- Nothing besides liquids allowed down the kitchen sink
