UNESCO site #1: Considered to be one of the most beautiful places in the world, Grand Place is a magnificent square – encircled with cobblestones, guild houses, and the 15th century city hall. Here you can admire the aesthetic beauty of its baroque style architecture. We recommend visiting here during the nighttime as well to see it in a range of beautifully lit colors. UNESCO site #2: The 4 major townhouses designed by Victor Horta also make it on this list. This includes Hôtel Tassel, Hôtel Solvay, Hôtel van Eetvelde, and Victor Horta's house and studio. Considered to be one of the most remarkable feats of architecture at the end of the 19th century, these townhouses showcase extreme levels of detail and artistic flair guaranteed to stimulate your senses. UNESCO site #3: The Stoclet Palace is a mansion designed by Austrian architect Josef Hoffman, built at the start of the 20th century. The building is decorated with marble panels and various pieces of artworks; however, it is closed to the public as it is considered a private residence. Guests can still bear witness to its stunning architecture and statues – considered to be a feat of genius during the Art Nouveau movement.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,No pets - sorry, fido has to stay home.
  • No abundance of noise after 10PM, mind the neighbors.
  • No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from the host.
  • Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
  • This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
  • If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
  • Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
  • No smoking - also don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky.
