Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,- Check-in is from 15:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
  • - We do not offer luggage storage service before check-in and/or after check-out.
  • - The lobby and other common areas of the building are not waiting points before check-in and/or after check-out.
  • - In case entry to the apartment is with a physical key/card and it is lost, an additional charge will apply.
  • - If forgotten belongings are found inside the apartment after check-out, they will be kept in custody for a maximum period of 30 days awaiting recovery. After 30 days, they will be donated.
  • - For each reservation, bed linen for each bed, 1 body towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 floor towel per shower, 1 bottle of shampoo per shower, 1 bottle of conditioner per shower, 1 bottle of shower gel per shower, 1 soap per bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag for each trash can, 1 kitchen towel, 1 dishwasher, 1 sponge, and 1 absorbent cloth are included.
  • - If the apartment has a sofa bed, it must be informed if it will be used for the corresponding setup.
  • - For every 15 nights of reservation, we offer a free cleaning during the stay. Cleaning includes changing bed linen and towels, and replenishing shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags. The date and time of cleaning must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance.
  • - When making the reservation, it will be necessary to provide the names, surnames, and identity document numbers of each guest before check-in. This information is necessary to authorize the entry of guests to the building, who must show the documents previously indicated at the building's reception.
  • - Additional guests can only be added up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.
  • - Visits to the apartment and/or common areas of the building are not allowed. Only guests previously registered at reception will be allowed to enter.
  • - Bringing pets into the apartment incurs an additional cost subject to prior consultation.
  • - It is not allowed to hang clothes or towels on the windows and/or balconies of the apartment.
  • - Parties or social gatherings inside the apartment are not allowed, nor is noise allowed after 22:00. Penalty: $300 USD
  • - Smoking (cigarette, electronic cigarette, cigar, and/or any type of drug and/or substance) is not allowed inside the apartment and/or building. This includes outdoor areas such as balconies, patios, and/or terraces. (Penalty: $100 USD)
  • - The use of the property for events, social gatherings, or photo sessions is not allowed.
  • - Capturing or recording images that generate monetary income inside the apartment and/or building is not allowed (commercial use).
  • - Non-compliance with any of the aforementioned rules by guests implies a monetary penalty that must be assumed by the responsible guest of the reservation.
  • - Any additional monetary expense due to arrangements and/or replacements for lost keys and/or damage to items, furniture, and/or infrastructure of the apartment and/or building that occur during the stay must be assumed by the responsible guest of the reservation.
  • - After the booking confirmation, the guests must complete a form sent as a requirement to comply with local regulations.
