The first port of call as soon as you enter this property has to be the terrace. The moment you step foot into this tranquil, you will realise that life at this breezy villa revolves around the surreal weather, shimmering sceneries and repose. Inside, neutral tones and whitewashed walls give out a sense of calm. Light up the barbecue, enjoy an alfresco meal in the outdoor lawn and watch heart-melting sunsets from the majestic Paradise Valley. For a comfortable and secure stay, please take the time to read the Home Truths, House Rules and Policies thoroughly.  Paradise Valley is special because of its: - Breathtaking views surrounding the entire property - Serene location set amidst nature - Accessibility to the expansive tea estates nearby - Peaceful terrace where you can sit back & soak in the beautiful views - Bonfire & scrumptious barbecue arrangements - Multiple sit-outs by the balcony and the porch We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - Spread across the lower ground & ground floor of this nature-filled home, there are a total of 4 bedrooms at this villa - 2 on each floor. - Comfortable king-sized beds, Wi-Fi, an additional mattress, an electric kettle, a wardrobe and hangers are a few amenities provided in each of these rooms. - For those who wish to work with a view, few of these rooms offer separate workstations. - Enjoy your favourite cinematic hits when cozying in your bed as each of the rooms offer TV and Wi-Fi access. - The bedrooms also offer a balcony where guests can sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the mist that covers the yard of the property. - Each room is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - As you step foot into this quaint home, you will find yourself in the tranquil living room that will instantly make you feel at home. - With comfortable sofas and armchairs, the living room can seat up to 8 people. - There is a lush garden that is part of this home. Thanks to the exhilarating climate all-year round, guests can meditate, have fun, or light up a bonfire as they enjoy the surreal aura that surrounds this home. - The terrace area is definitely the showstopper here. - Offering ample seating and views that are just unmatched, guests can choose to lounge here or relish a scrumptious barbecue with a view. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens at the property. Guests have access to the service kitchen on the lower ground floor for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, induction place, and water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD  - Breakfast is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis, at an additional charge. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the chef’s kitchen on the ground floor. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES When in Paradise Valley, guests can enjoy sipping a hot cup of coffee in the multiple sit-out spaces here. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the private garden, practise some meditation and embrace the beauty of the weather in Munnar. Simply unwind by the terrace while watching the skies change their tones. P.S. Munnar is known for some really beautiful skies! They can also request for a bonfire to be set up in the garden or a mouthwatering barbecue meal by the terrace. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000. - Barbecue can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours.  - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. NEIGHBOURHOOD Truly nature’s paradise, this holiday destination is a blend of bustling energy and buzzing marketplaces with quaint ambience, cool temperatures, and unmatched mountain views. Trekking through lush hills is pleasurable as nature and greenery are in full swing, all around the year. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few activities we recommend doing to make your stay even more memorable. - Visit the unending & beautiful Tea Gardens - Explore Top Station, one of Munnar’s gem - Head to Rajamalai National Park or the ever-beautiful Rose Gardens - Head to the nearby waterfalls and dams and enjoy a serene, peaceful time! Getting Around: - Distance from Cochin International Airport - 108 km. - Distance from Ernakulam South Railway Station - 126 km. - Distance from Munnar Bus Stand - 3.9 km. - Distance from Latha Supermarket - 3.4 km.                 HOUSE RULES - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
