The Hideout

Located on a farm in Kurukshetra, this villa is aptly named The Hideout for its exclusive spot away from the crowds. It is a bright and happy space that you’d want to treat yourself and your loved ones to for some quality time together. The pool will have you splashing around all day, and the lawn is huge, so some outdoor games would be fun too! Enjoy a game of snooker by the bar, then set up your chaarpaais on the terrace to savour chai and pakoras in the evening. Your stay here is sure to be a fun and relaxing time.  The Space: Let me walk you through the villa: BEDROOMS - There are 2 spacious bedrooms - both on the first floor.  - Both bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including an AC, air-heater and double beds.  - Extra mattresses can be provided on request.  Living Room: - The living room is spacious, air-conditioned and has a seating arrangement for 12-15 people - A flat-screen TV, a portable music system are available in the living area BATHROOMS - The villa has 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. KITCHEN & MEALS - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier - Guests have free access to the kitchen. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - Guests are requested to place their lunch and dinner orders 3 hours prior. - Crockery is available for 15 people. - A barbecue facility is not available but a kit can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Lunch and Dinner can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 750 per person, per meal. - Breakfast can be availed at an extra charge of Rs. 500 per person. Pool and Lawn: - The villa has a private pool and a huge lawn - Pool size: 40ft x 15ft with a depth of 4ft - The lawn can easily accommodate 30 people - Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice - A cricket set is available at the villa Activities: - A pool table, board games, and books are available at the villa - Kurukshetra Sightseeing tour, Yoga sessions, and a masseur can be arranged at additional cost - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost - Guests can indulge in cycling, jogging, etc. Home Rules and Truths - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM - Trained pets are allowed in the villa at an additional cost of Rs. 700/- per pet, per day. - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors. - Outside food is not allowed in the villa - IDs are required for all guests - Stags are not allowed at the property.   Additional Amenities: - A torch is available - An iron is available - A hair-dryer is available - Guests may use the wardrobes - A medical kit is available at the villa - Mosquito repellent can be provided - A power backup is available at the villa - Secured parking space is available Other things to note: - There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Trained pets are allowed in the villa at an additional cost of Rs. 700/- per pet, per day.    Guest Access: - Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool. - There is no accommodation for personal staff/driver. Interaction with Guests: The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. POLICIES: - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance. Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa as this property has ample amount of parking space.
