Relax at our family’s retreat, centrally located across the street from Crescent Park, the Pool House (indoor heated pool and hot tub), fire pits, and more. The Mermaids Beach Retreat is a perfect family-friendly home (sorry no pets) with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which sleeps up to 8 people.
Relax on the Adirondack chairs on our front porch and see what’s going on in Crescent Park.
Inside you will find a living room with comfortable seating for gathering with family and friends before a real wood burning fireplace, as well as a 55” flat screen cable TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals for those that want to do their own cooking or you are a short walk to the restaurants in Seabrook. The Mermaid's Beach Retreat is located in the spectacular Greenway District. Stroll along the Woodland Promenade, rest in the Meriweather Square Pavilion or pick a trailhead and explore the forest. Homes in the Greenway District is just a quick 5 minute walk to town center and the beach.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- The Mermaid's Beach Retreat has an occupancy maximum of 8 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in The Mermaid's Beach Retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
