This house is part of a quiet urbanization situated in the well known town of Playa Blanca, the southernmost town of Lanzarote Island and apart from the views to the volcano, it also has views to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos.
Villa Capri is a single-storey house, which makes it very comfortable for guests. It has two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with double bed of 160 x 200 and bathroom en suite and a second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 190. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
