Chateau DuMont is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, equipment rentals, child care, and more. Private Hot Tub – Each property in Chateaux DuMont is equipped with a private hot tub right in the condo with views of Keystone Resort and seats up to 6 people! Free Parking – Enjoy the wonders of convenience with free secure, gated parking for one vehicle. You will not need a car when you get here, with the ski slopes less than 30 seconds out your front door and a hot tub in your condo relax! Bike Path – Awesome for the summer months, the bike path is a great place for walking, running, and riding all around Keystone! You can hop on the bike path right in front of Chateaux DuMont condos. Walk to the Slopes – Located at the base of the Mountain House Base Area, Chateaux DuMont is ideal for your Keystone Ski Vacation! Courtyard with Grill – Step into the charming brick courtyard, and take advantage of the built-in propane grill. There is plenty of room to entertain and relaxing seating to take in the views of Keystone Resort and fresh mountain air! The courtyard is tucked between Chateaux DuMont and Slopeside condos, a great location for a family BBQ.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Rules are as follows:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Children are allowed.
- The minimum age limit for Guests is 25.
- Parking rules are property specific. Per Keystone Resort rules, each reservation will be given one parking permit. Read your email confirmation for detailed parking rules during your reservation.
