The best part is all the fun surrounding Keystone Lake. From paddle boats and kayaks in the summer to ice skating in the winter, you will always have something to do. Close to Shops / Restaurants – Take a quick stroll around the 5-acre Keystone Lake area and you’ll find numerous shops and restaurants in the area. No need to get in the car and drive….everything you need is right here. A great location is everything when you’re renting your next vacation rental in Keystone. Easy Access to Skiing – Getting to the ski slopes is easy with the free seasonal ski shuttle that stops right in front of Montezuma condos in Keystone. The shuttle will drop you off at either one of Keystone’s base areas, River Run or Mountain House. Pool House – Just steps away is the East Lake clubhouse with a large indoor heated pool, locker rooms, and a hot tub. The clubhouse also has a deck that overlooks Keystone Lake and has patio furniture and a gas grill for cooking. When you are a guest in the Montezuma condos in Keystone you have free access to the East Lake Poolhouse. Views, Views, Views – With direct views of the Keystone Resort ski slopes, Keystone Lake, and the Continental Divide, Montezuma condos offer some of the best views in all of Keystone. You’ll love spending your time here.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Rules are as follows:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Children are allowed.
- The minimum age limit for Guests is 25.
- Parking rules are property specific. Per Keystone Resort rules, each reservation will be given one parking permit. Read your email confirmation for detailed parking rules during your reservation.
