New to the short term rental market! Come and stay in this magical island oasis with heated saltwater enclosed pool, just steps away from the protected beaches of the Gulf Islands National Seashore in Perdido Key! This charming home in the Herons Walk neighborhood is full of character and will transport you to a place where serenity and nature abound. Enjoy warm island breezes from your wraparound front porch or cool off in the saltwater pool after a day at the beach. This wonderful floor plan has over 2,400 sq ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all on one level. The house will accommodate up to 12 guests. Please note the twins in the master bedroom and living area are suitable for children only. For the little ones we also have a high chair and pack n play.
As you step inside, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light, high ceilings, and hardwood floors which give this home a southern coastal feel. The large living room includes a sofa, 2 club chairs, and two fold out chairs (twin size) for sleeping small children. The open kitchen offers plenty of cabinetry and counter space plus a large island with breakfast bar with seating for 6. There is also a dining room table that seats 8+.
The split floor plan situates the master bedroom and a larger guest bedroom away from the others for added privacy. The Master suite includes a king size bed with a sitting area with desk and chair, a twin futon and features high ceilings, double walk-in closets and extra windows to allow plenty of natural light. The master bath has double split vanities, separate shower, and large tub. Just down the hall from the master is an extra-large laundry room and 2 more guest bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the other side of the house with access to a full bathroom off the hallway.
Take the interior stairs to the lower level and the garage, where you will find 8 bikes to explore Johnson Beach and the surrounding areas. There is an additional full size refrigerated for cold drinks by the pool and folding beach chairs to use at the local beaches. Exit the garage and out to the screened and covered lanai where a beautiful saltwater pool awaits...the perfect spot to BBQ and relax! There are lounging areas, BBQ grill, and dining tables for your enjoyment.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free).
