With rocking chairs and patio furniture dotted around the deck’s perimeter, there is no shortage of viewing opportunities. Relaxation also awaits in this area during afternoon cook-outs on the gas grill, and evenings warmed by the chimanea. Or what about roasting some marshmallows to make s’mores over the fire pit located just few steps down onto the property.
Perhaps the home’s welcoming front porch will have you racing inside to tour this lovely lodge, sure to make your vacation ’just right.’ Not too big or too small, the interior features a lovely open floor plan. A cheerful dining table for four flanks the well stocked kitchen for all of your gourmet cooking needs. The comfortable kitchen breakfast bar overlooks the two story great room filled with upscale leather furnishings, wood burning fireplace, and a large, flat screen TV. The open feeling continues with an upstairs loft offering a pool table and additional seating.
The home’s main floor features the convenience of a main level, queen-size bedroom with easy access to an oversized bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king-sized bed, a luxurious bathroom with jetted whirlpool tub, separate shower and a wonderful private balcony, perfect for sipping the morning coffee while taking in the view. Both bedrooms have their own TVs, pillow-top mattresses and are outfitted with locally hand crafted log furnishings and luxurious bedding.
A good night’s sleep is certainly in the cards thanks to all of the outdoor activities you’ll have exhausted. Whether its tubing or canoeing on Lake Blue Ridge or the Toccoa, whitewater rafting on the Ocoee, or shopping and dining out in quaint downtown Blue Ridge, so much is located within minutes of this home. You may even consider packing a picnic lunch and heading out to one of the many vineyards in the area for a day of wine tasting and sightseeing. Of course, you will likely want to be back at the cabin in time to catch the glorious evening sunset, perhaps this time from the high-end hot tub complete with massaging jets, waterfall and light features.
