Sitting on a ridgeline located on Sunrock Mountain, this home has been thoughtfully built to perfectly face the ever-changing, natural light shows that continuously play against the mountain ranges.
This inviting, mountain retreat sleeps four and is a wonderful escape for two couples, a small family, or a romantic getaway. When you first arrive at Sunset Lodge, you won’t know what to explore first... Will you run around the wrap around deck to scan the magnificent views from all of its vantage points? With rocking chairs and patio furniture dotted around the deck’s perimeter, there is no shortage of viewing opportunities. Relaxation also awaits in this area during afternoon...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
