It does not connect to the main house from inside. Great for privacy, and you will step outside to rejoin the group. • The pool and hot tub are community amenities shared with the neighborhood, not private to the home. • No pets at this home. Ask us about our pet-friendly Destin rentals. • Renters must be 25+. No guests under 25 without a parent or legal guardian present. • One surveillance device on the exterior of the home, none inside. INITIAL SUPPLIES – UPON ARRIVAL Property Manager furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
