This magnificent, luxuriously renovated home offers spectacular views of Orient Bay, the ocean and the islands of Pinel, Tintamarre and Saint-Barth. Boasting a prime location in the fully gated Orient Bay residence, the villa is a 10-minute walk from the famous Orient Bay beach, one of Saint-Martin’s most popular for its restaurants, private beaches and sporting opportunities.
Designed with a blend of modernity and Caribbean collections, Villa Mango features four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it an ideal destination for families and groups of friends. Three of the bedrooms are located in the main villa and have en-suite bathrooms that open onto the interior of the house. The fourth bedroom, although slightly smaller, is located separately and has its own entrance, dressing room and private terrace with views.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
