For security reasons, when you arrive at the development, you must show an official ID and indicate the address to which you are going. We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :) It is necessary to make a security deposit of $3000 MXN in cash, a voucher will be signed. At your departure, you will have a short tour with the host in the property to validate that everything is fine and there is no damage. At that time, your deposit will be returned. We have 1 parking space reserved for you. The development where the property is located is secure and totally private. It has 24hrs security. The drive from the Acapulco International Airport to the property is approximately 20 minutes. We recommend you arrive at the property by car. We suggest: →Take a cab at the airport. →Use mobility apps. →Rent a car at one of the agencies upon landing. We kindly ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Additional services: -Cleaning fee: $400 MXN. For hygiene reasons we do not provide towels, we suggest you bring yours :) The consumption of snacks, bar and store services are not included in your reservation.
