One-of-a-kind structure. Rare and precious for its incredible and unique design collection. Located in a historic building, it enhances its original architectural details and enriches them with that very sophisticated and distinguished touch of innovation and modernity. Meticulous attention has been paid to detail, to the choice of materials, furnishings, colours and to optimising the rooms, making each area of the house unique and surprisingly charming. Upon entering, one immediately breathes in the atmosphere of this jewel in the city centre; the spacious and bright living area is divided by a modern bookcase to give space to the TV area with large, comfortable sofas and the dining area, with exclusive pieces of furniture. A precious hand-painted sliding door divides the rooms and provides access to the large and well-equipped masonry kitchen and to the bedrooms; both are double bedrooms, one of which has a mezzanine floor and one with access to an intimate and cosy outdoor corner with seating and a view of the city’s most magical tree-lined avenue. There are two bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom and a very large one, marble and elegant in its finish. The triumph of the union between historicity, design and innovation is tangible in this flat, capable of making our guests’ stays happy and special.
