Our charming, freshly renovated (2019) "Cottage in Montecito" offers modern style with high end finishes. Strict attention was given to provide a simple and clean layout. The Great room presents a bright aesthetic, without clutter or unnecessary distraction. A hightop dining table seats four, with the open Kitchen providing great space for the designated chef(s). The single Bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable Queen-Size Bed, TV and two Closets. The Den/Entertainment area is a multi-purpose room with a Full Size Futon, Desk and large flat screened TV....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
