If you are looking to get away from it all, this island is the spot for you. The most remote cottage we have, our beautiful home on the shores of Pigeon Hill Bay is a great retreat for couples, families and friends. Close to the villages of Steuben, Milbridge (ten minutes to the north), and the entrance to the Schoodic Point section of Acadia National Park (20 minutes to the south), this property is also a wildlife lover`s dream. Located on a small Maine island, it is easily accessible by car over a causeway.
This two bedroom, two bath cottage has been in our family for three generations and has a cozy and welcoming ambiance that will make you feel right at home. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook at home and, of course, prepare your own lobster feast. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
