Each of the only four apartments has an independent entrance, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, living room and private garden. Their careful renovation has kept the original structure unchanged. The very large Frangi apartment is the only one of its kind with a real oak inside the living room! It has three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with dining room and mezzanine where there is a single bed. Outside, for the exclusive use of the apartment, a private garden overlooking the natural swimming pool equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. This apartment has direct access from the street with a private gate. Ours is an exclusive destination of the “Destination Charging Tesla” and “Destination Charging Porsche” programme, this means that our guests with a Tesla, Porsche or any other brand vehicle can recharge their batteries for free during their stay. In fact, we have five universal Type 2 charging stations for recharging any brand and model of electric car or plug-in hybrid. Recharging is reserved for our guests with 100% electric vehicles and the electricity comes 100% from certified renewable sources. There is a small "charging fee" on the first charge.
