The apartment is located on the ground floor, the decor has been taken care of by a famous Roman Architecture firm with the aim of being able to maintain the historical identity of the building and its neighborhood but at the same time with an eye on the future. What makes it unique is the presence of the valuable design objects, posters on Spanish Art, it will surprise you with the details taken care of down to the smallest detail. READ BEFORE BOOKING: outside the apartment until December 2023 there will be WORKSHOPS, the price is exceptionally lowered because of the inconvenience they cause. We recommend bringing earplugs with you during your stay. Inside it consists of: - LIVING ROOM with a Dining Table, a comfortable Sofa and a 55" HD TV, you enter the small but complete KITCHEN with Cooking Corner, Microwave and Coffee Machine to ensure a pleasant awakening. - Both BEDROOMS consist of a Double Bed with Wardrobe and are connected to the private BATHROOM with Washbasin, Mirror, Toilet, Bidet and Shower Box. You will not miss the Free Welcome Kit with Shampoo and Shower Bath! It has been completely renovated and thought in the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay. Due to its spaciousness it is very bright and also has Air Conditioning in every room, fast and free Wi-Fi.
