<p>This impressive villa sits nestled in a large plot close to the resort and beach of Coral Bay.</p>
<p>Seven bedrooms across two floors make this property ideal for extended or large families or groups of friends travelling together. </p>
<p>As you enter the villa, there is an air of space and light from the large windows. The Scandinavian style furnishings provide you with comfortable seating and dining as well as additional seating areas to just sit and relax. </p>
<p>The fully equipped kitchen opens up to a large dining area with seating for up to 14 people. Equipment includes a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.</p>
<p>In total, there are three double bedrooms and four twin bedrooms with seven bathrooms.</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
