<p>Located above the beautiful bay and harbour at Funchal, this villa has jaw-dropping views of the sea and a panoramic view of the city.</p>
<p>First-class quality is present throughout the villa and it has been finished to a very high standard. The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully functional kitchen and comfortable living space with doors out to the terrace. On the warmer evenings, why not make use of the large outdoor kitchen and BBQ and eat alfresco whilst overlooking your own marvellous infinity pool! A sauna and use of gym equipment are also present at the villa for your use.</p>
<p>The villa is situated close to the old town of Zona Velha and can be reached in around 10 minutes. A handful of restaurants can be found here. Alternatively take a wander down to Funchal for all the local shops, restaurants, and bars.</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
