Villa ‘Stormvogel’ is a beautiful stand-alone villa built on the former historical plantation of Rif Saint Marie, near the village of Saint Willibrordus. It suits a maximum of six people. The villa is designed by Dutch designer Jan des Bouvrie and has a colorful tropical garden and a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. Sliding doors give direct access to the porch with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. The porch has a dining table and lounge area to relax and enjoy the climate fully. Because of the way this villa is situated, on an elevated part of the resort, there’s always a pleasant sea breeze. When you walk a few steps down from the porch, you’ll reach the second terrace with a large private pool (10x4x1.60 metres) with comfortable sun beds. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
