Casa Merlot is a charming three bedroom, two bath home with a spacious open floor plan, perfect for family and friends to get together. The home is in a rural Paso Robles where farm animals graze in front of neighbor’s homes. Take a walk down a country road and say hello to sheep, chickens, cows and maybe an alpaca or two. With downtown Paso Robles just 20 minutes away, you can pop into town and indulge in the many boutiques, restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Enjoy your day out wine tasting, Tobin James, Bianchi are just two of the many wineries near by. After a day of exploring the central coast, head home for a fun evening of playing pool, BBQing, and gathering around the outdoor firepit. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
