On the east end of the resort the apartments of Cape Marie are being built, a mini resort within the resort. These Cape Marie apartments are luxurious apartments with sea-view, surrounded by tropical gardens with swimming pools. The apartments are divided in 3 buildings. One of the buildings is ready, and Property Manager Rentals manages a couple of apartments in this building. If you choose an apartment in Cape Marie, you opt for luxury, comfort and the ultimate vacation feeling. Why? Because you don’t just book an apartment, a Personal Assistant is included upon request! We can pick you up from the airport in a luxurious car and take you to your apartment where your favorite drink is ready for you. Your rental car is waiting for you. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
