This villa is spread over two floors and welcomes guests with a large garden equipped with a barbecue, a table, chairs, benches and a parasol. The entrance opens onto a corridor that connects the rooms of the ground floor. On the left guests will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, on the right a spacious dining room with a study area that leads to the amazing veranda characterized by large windows overlooking the lake and furnished with sofas, armchairs, a desk, a coffee table, chairs and a TV. At the bottom on the left, the independent kitchen with a dining table, a pantry and a fireplace, is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a juicer and an espresso coffee machine. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
