The villa is built on a plot of about 3,5 acres, in amphitheater location and occupying a total area of approximately 200 sq.m on two levels, consisting of an open space living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 master bedrooms and 1 WC for quests. The spacious living room (with a fireplace) and dining room adjacent to the kitchen, is equipped with all modern appliances. The villa features full air conditioning, WIFI, flat screen tv and alarm system.
The villa was built for true outdoor living and that can be easily acknowledged once you lay your eyes on the expansive infinity edge pool and the amazing outdoor dining table that offers impeccable views of Psarou Beach. We offer daily cleaning and twice a week change of linen, to all our villas in Mykonos.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
