This charming, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and located directly behind the community pool! Buy reserving this property you receive a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services with La Dolce Vita. This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn’t enough, while staying at "Villa Iremia" you also have access to a FREE golf cart! This 6-seater golf cart is street legal, so not only can you drive it to the beach access right across the street, or to a local’s favorite restaurant, "Stinky’s," but you can also cruise down to all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place! This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family-friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand-new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is just minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee."
