Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- PROPERTY RULES:
- 1) Each guest and visitor must be registered and must show their valid Passport or identification at the entrance of the building.
- 2) EVERYONE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING NOTARIAL PERMISSION.
- 3) The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, commercial or leisure purposes, parties of any kind are not allowed in the apartment.
- 4) Any damage caused to the apartment or the belongings of the property must be notified and will be charged.
- 5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
- 6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substance in the building facilities and in the apartment, including cigarettes and tobacco, there is a charge of $50.0 USD if you are smoking inside.
- 7) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or objects with the security guards in the building.
- 8) Pets are allowed but you have to be careful.
- 9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME, ALL DRUG ABUSE, CHILD TRAFFICKING OR PERSON TRAFFICKING SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS TO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- 10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- 11) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the air conditioning, the lights and leave the windows and the front door closed.
- 12) Please, do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith brings you an extra cost. Each additional set of keys costs $25.0 USD.
- 13) To preserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible with the consumption of water and electricity.
- 14) The security of the building is not responsible for losses inside the apartment. For your security, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and elevators.
- 15) Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please, throw the rubbish from the apartment in the chute and give the keys to the host or at the concierge. Be sure to let us know your departure time and leave the windows and door locked.
- *Please keep noise down, especially on weekdays and late at night. $150 USD fine
- Additional cleaning services have an extra cost.
- If you confirm the reservation, you accept the rules.
