Badia di Campoleone offers a large garden, woods, a large shared pool and a tennis court. It is ideal for families and couples who wish to relax in the countryside; at the same time it is perfect for events, weddings, team building retreats and family reunions.
It is within easy reach of Tuscany and Umbria’s major attractions.
The property is made up of the main villa (12 bedrooms), which is completely independent and separate from the 3 annexes of apartments: Annex A (6 apartments), Annex B (5 apartments), and Il Mulino (4 apartments, one of which is occupied by the caretakers) about 200 meters from the pool. Upon request, 10 additional bedrooms in the villa are available (they are kept closed when not in use).

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
