Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Pool Heat:
  • Pool Heat is always kept at 82 degrees.
  • Drawer Microwave:
  • Please push the Open / Close Button to open and close the drawer. DO NOT pull out or push in.
  • Barbecue Grill:
  • Propane dial under the BBQ should be turned perpendicular to be on. PLEASE turn off once done / not in use and turn the dial to the parallel position.
  • Tiki Torches:
  • The tiki torches are very expensive to operate due to the high expense of propane on the island, so if you do have them on, please limit the use and PLEASE make sure to turn them off before going to bed as security will call management to shut them off - They are not allowed to be on after 10 PM.
  • Lighter wands are in the drawers to the left of the barbecue.
  • Turn gas off on each tiki torch located at the bottom of each torch when done.
  • Trash Pick-Up:
  • Trash is picked up by 7 AM on Mondays and Thursdays. Please pull out cans the evening before and put on the ocean side of the street below the driveway to ensure that garbage is not left out in the hot sun.
  • Slider Doors:
  • Please remember to close slider doors if you are going to be away from the lanais and inside of the home. We are all animal-friendly, but we don't want a mongoose to misinterpret an "open door" as an invitation into the home - They will come in when left open.
  • DO NOT feed any of the wild cats.
  • All doors and windows must be closed when air conditioning is in the on position. *Turn off AC if slider doors are left open or the AC system can freeze up and become non-operational during your stay.
  • Refrigerators / Freezer:
  • The refrigerators and freezer are Subzero and will have a 15 second door lock each time the doors are closed before they will reopen. Please do not try to force the doors open.
  • Air Conditioning:
  • All rooms have AC except on the third level which has a wall AC unit. Please turn off the AC when not in the room and keep curtains closed.
