Golden Pines at Linville Falls Mountain Club is a new home to our program as of July 2022. This newly built home has your perfect mix of mountain and modern, with great touches for a relaxing experience.The main level enters at the living room, situation around the gas log fireplace. A flatscreen TV is wall-mounted nearby so you can cuddle on the sofas and watch your favourite movie. Behind is the beautiful kitchen with large island for working on meal prep or having brunch at the bar. Nearby is the dining room with seating for six.The main level has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a spacious room with king sized bed, high ceilings, and a private TV. The attached bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower with body sprayers. The second bedroom is a queen bed with TV. The second full bathroom opens to both this bed and also the hallway. Upstairs is the enclosed loft with a minisplit for additional comfort. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
