Welcome to An Escape to Remember, your base for Camp Eagles Nest in walking distance to tennis and pickleball and five minutes from the North Pavilion. Construction notice: A new home is being built in the Camp Eagles Nest neighborhood where this home is located. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm. The beautiful, new kitchen opens to the living area with deck access. The gas fireplace and large TV have several chairs and a sofa. The two suites are on either side of the living room. The King suite to the right has a TV and a fabulous bathroom. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower, and the double vanity with a granite counter top. The King suite on the left has the same great views, with a tiled tub/shower combination, and a granite double vanity. On the back deck, you’ll find a gas grill and new hot tub on the expanded deck and steps down to the firepit. Parking in the front is flat...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
