Welcome to Blue Ridge Vista, high atop the town of Seven Devils. This home offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains and includes a new hot tub! Spread over four levels, this home has something for everyone. The two middle levels both offer wrap-around decks for full viewing pleasure while the lowest level offers an outdoor patio area and the upper level offers a private balcony. Off the main-level deck, enjoy a gas fire table in the evenings while watching the sunset. The upper level holds two bedrooms, one with a king bed, a TV, and a private balcony. The other bedroom has a full sized bed and these rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the main level is a full kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace and HD TV. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
