Situated only a mile into the community, this brand new home is elegantly designed for a comfortable and peaceful retreat. The home features beautiful oak floors, barn-wood ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining room / bar that sits 9, a living room with a large gas fireplace and a huge deck with surrounding mountain views. One the main level is a guest bedroom with King bed and TV. Upstairs in the King Suite with fireplace and attached bathroom. Soak in the newly installed hot tub. On the grounds you will find a large fire pit with built in stone seating for your family to gather around to take in the beautiful mountain evenings. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
