It offers unsurpassed views, dreamy sunsets, a blissful kidney-shaped private pool (6.5 X 3 m), air conditioning, and attractive terraces for all-day sunbathing or complete seclusion, surrounded by the clear blue waters of the Ionian Sea and the caress of the cool sea breeze.
The property is a beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood, off the road and away from busy resorts, found at the end of a winding olive grove, in a rural area.
Without claiming praise for luxurious construction, this traditional property consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are set in two levels. Villa Isavros is ideal for anyone seeking to enjoy nature, through an indescribable view, to hike and to relax completely, away from it all.
Layout
A Private parking area leads to an exquisite terrace at the main entrance of the villa, which opens into a living and dining room with a side shower-bathroom. To the left of this space, there is a fully equipped kitchen and next to it a double bedroom.
The internal staircase lands on the upper floor, which houses the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and windows overlooking the open sea. In front of the bedroom, there is an extra door leading leads to a backyard.
Pool and Terraces
The most attractive features of this beautiful villa are its terraces with the amazing kidney-shaped pool (6.5 X 3 m.), at the front, with the stunning sea views or the dreamy sunsets, which one can enjoy while chilling out in the pool or steaming in the bright sun.
To the left of the pool there is a covered dining area with a built-in BBQ for dining al-fresco and overlooking the endless deep, dark sea with the flickering lights of the opposite coasts in the background.
The Location
The rural location of this charming villa, although it is just a short drive down through the winding olive groves to the villages of Fontana and Magazia, is the ideal holiday home for those ones seeking to be off the beaten track and go back having painted, in their minds, all the enchanting images of the sea and the sunsets, that they were lucky enough to enjoy during their stay in Paxos.
The big advantage of the property is the existence of excellent mobile network coverage, due to the close distance with the aerials that cover the island, in most areas of which, the signal is an issue.

About the area
Paxi (or Paxos), the smallest of the Ionian Islands of Greece, is a hidden gem that offers an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This tranquil haven is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, crystal-clear waters, and charming villages, making it a perfect destination for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.
The island's coastline is dotted with picturesque pebble beaches and secluded coves that are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. One of the most famous spots is the Blue Caves, a series of sea caves that can be explored by boat, where the interplay of sunlight and water creates an ethereal blue glow.
Paxi is also home to enchanting olive groves and lush landscapes that beckon hikers and nature enthusiasts. The island's interior is crisscrossed with trails that lead through ancient olive trees, offering stunning views of the Ionian Sea and the chance to experience the island's serene natural environment.
The island's main villages, Gaios, Lakka, and Loggos, are brimming with character. Gaios, the capital, is a bustling port town with a Venetian flair, featuring a waterfront lined with colorful buildings, cafes, and restaurants. Visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and local specialties while taking in the views of the marina and the islet of Agios Nikolaos.
Cultural experiences abound in Paxi, with a number of small churches and museums that showcase the island's history and traditions. The Paxos Museum in Gaios, for instance, offers insights into the island's past through its collection of artifacts and exhibits.
For those looking to explore beyond Paxi, the nearby Antipaxos is a must-visit. This even smaller island is famous for its vineyards and two of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Ionian Sea, Voutoumi and Vrika, which are accessible by a short boat trip.
The island's laid-back atmosphere is complemented by its warm and welcoming locals, who are proud to share their slice of paradise with visitors. With its combination of natural splendor, cultural richness, and peaceful ambiance, Paxi is a destination that promises a truly memorable and rejuvenating experience for travelers.
